Fabrice, www.pdftex.org currently has links to the binaries of pdf{e}TeX for most operating systems. I'm a bit confused about the size of win32/pdftex.exe and fear that most of pdftex is hidden in some dll. Is it even possible to get a new pdfTeX for win32 by downloading only some files and putting them into a TL7 installation? And which files would that be?
