In the next chance, please change the content of pdftexdir/pdftex.version from 3.141592-1.20b-beta to 1.20b-beta. Then it will match Olaf's setting and pdftexextra.h, pdfetexextra.h and pdfxtexextra.h can be erased because they will be made from pdftexextra.in, pdfetexextra.in and pdfxtexextra.in.
