Hi, is it intentional, that in the PDF file the /Producer and /PTEX.Fullbanner keys mention only "...pdfTeX..." even when pdfeTeX is used? And the etex "2.2" does not appear either. Similar with the \pdftexbanner. Regards, Hartmut

i even wonder if we should still provide pdftex, maybe just pdfetex only; i agree that teh key should mention pdfetex in the case of etex or maybe even pdfxtex when that one is used. how about dropping pdftex in favor of only pdfetex? That's certainly not intentional; it probably doesn't distinguish between pdftex, pdfetex and pdfxtex.
