[NTG-pdftex] Which is the right way of sending messages to this list?

I have reviewed the march archive of messages and my message was obviously sent in a different way. I simply send the message to ntg-pdf at ntg.nl. How should one proceed in order that my message apear as (say) a feature request? Thanks, Javier
