Just found that, after Akira's Patch, the following \nopagenumbers \pdfoutput=1 \pdfcompresslevel=0 \parindent=0pt \pdfhorigin=1in \pdfvorigin=1in \magnification=500 %\pdfhorigin=1truein %\pdfvorigin=1truein \pdfpagewidth=210truemm \pdfpageheight=297truemm Hi \bigskip \hrule width 25.4truemm height 10truemm \bye still gives different results here for pdftex 1.11b and 1.20a: 1.20a gives only 0.5 in left/upper borders. Meanwhile I believe, that 1.20a is correct, and 1.11b and before were wrong, unnoticed. One has to set the \pdf... dimensions new behind \magnification. (And any "true" in pdftexconfig.tex has no effect, because it comes before \magnification.) Regards, Hartmut
