[NTG-pdftex] new snapshot

Hi Martin & Hartmut, I uploaded a new snapshot of pdftex -- this version fixed the problem with ttf embedding and some minor fixes I forgot to apply in the previous version. To Hans: djgpp has also been updated. Thanh
