Hi Pawel, have a look at http://www.tug.org/ftp/texlive/Contents/live/source/source-win32.zip for the missed include files. Better luck for your next compilation. Greetings, Peter P.S.: Nothing beats the smell of a fresh, hand-compiled pdfetex ;)
