Here is example with cmb12 and olsl12 fonts. Thank you very much for all your work, Pali. It was easy to apply and confirm that .enc files could be given for bitmap fonts too. Committed to pdftex (r772) and TL (r43519). It'll be in this year's release (pretesting will start next month). Let me know if any problems, of course. --thanks again, karl.
