Now I know more and created definition that works fine for me: \defineenumeration[exercise][title=yes, text=Вправа, prefix=yes, prefixset=section, titleleft=, titleright=, after=, inbetween={\blank[medium]}] The trick is that after sets space after the next paragraph text.
