Hi, I have a presentation in which only a few numbered formulas so I wanted to number them as (*) (**) etc. The only way I could get that to work was \setupnumber[formula][conversion=set 1] The natural \setupformulas[conversion=set 1] does not work Why isn't conversion inherited from \setupformulas? Can this be added to core-mat.tex? \definenumber % \definelabel [\v!formula] [\c!text=\v!formula, \c!way=\@@fmway, \c!blockway=\@@fmblockway, \c!location=\v!intext, \c!conversion=\@@fmconversion] %%% New Aditya
