Dear Wolfgang and Aditya, I downloaded http://www.pragma-ade.com/context/install/mswincontext.zip. It is a 2007-08-08 15:12 version, I use this on Windows XP Professional Hungarian Edition SP2. I have run command texexec --dvips próba.tex.
