Hi, I found a problem with transparency in \framed. If the foreground color is transparent, the attribute is active all the time. Same is true if you use a transparent foreground color in the content. Small test file is attached. Tested with beta from 2011.10.05 23:53, LuaTeX, Version beta-0.70.1-2011051907 (rev 4277).
