I've had some email with Christopher League, the author of the Latex support package for the FontSite 500 CD. He is going to work on ConTeXt support in early 2003. When this is ready it will mostly supercede the procedures on my web page. How much is this CD useful for users who need characters from the latin-2 set? (besides Croatian chars I also need support for TeX's accents for handling Sanskrit diacritics) Sincerely, Gour -- Gour gour@mail.inet.hr Registered Linux User #278493

I don't know much about latin-2, so I'm not able to say. Would inspecting the afm for a font help? I'll send you one if you want to see it. -Bill -- Sattre Press The King in Yellow http://sattre-press.com/ by Robert W. Chambers info@sattre-press.com http://kiy.sattre-press.com/

Yes, please. It should reveal what is in the font. Sincerely, Gour -- Gour gour@mail.inet.hr Registered Linux User #278493

I inspected afm files which you sent me, and it looks like fonts are only in latin-1 encoding, which is somewhat understandable. Not easy to find quality & affordable non-latin-1 and/or Unicode fonts. Sincerely, Gour -- Gour gour@mail.inet.hr Registered Linux User #278493

Have you looked here: http://cgm.cs.mcgill.ca/~luc/fonts.html Great starting place, although it takes a lot of searching. -Bill -- Sattre Press The King in Yellow http://sattre-press.com/ by Robert W. Chambers info@sattre-press.com http://kiy.sattre-press.com/

Thank you for that. I'll definitely take time to do some searching. Sincerely, Gour -- Gour gour@mail.inet.hr Registered Linux User #278493
