Structuring has changed significantly in mkiv and many examples from mkii are handled differently (structure sets). Unfortunately, I have yet to figure it out as the documentation is behind and the little information that I have gathered from this mailing list is too incomplete. What is missing is some basic information on the new approach to structuring. Alan
