what is last ... maybe no fundamental new features in mkii, but fixes and small extensions for sure (keep in mind that many things are shared since they dont depend in lua at all)

Better, should we consider Context 2007.07.25 + pdftex 1.40.5 to be fronzen sooner or later , given that we already/will have mkiv + luatex ?
