Dear Hans, Thank you for your concern. There is no non-ascii character in folder names except ~/Documents/. And the TeX directory is /usr/local/texlive/{2007, texmf-local}/... Do you have this in an environment variable including the space? If so, I would advice trying the same without space, just in case. Best wishes, Taco
