So I tried to set "words.threshold = 4" in context/base/lang-wrd.lua to smaller values but this does not change anything. You have to regenerate the formats too, after you changed the value.
Otherwise you could use directly in your document: \ctxlua{languages.words.threshold=1} Adam

I thought I did but obviously something went wrong. Now it works...
