I’m afraid I have just accidentally discovered that MkIV should be improved with wrong width in multiple line links. \setupinteraction [state=start] \enabledirectives[references.border=red] \starttext \startxtable[width=.25\textwidth, frame=on] \startxrow \startxcell\goto{\hyphenatedurl{abd.ab.ab.ab ab.ab.ab.ab.ab.ab.a.b}}[url(a)]\\ b\stopxcell \stopxrow \stopxtable \stoptext LMTX generates the right width for the link.
