Is the \widowpenalty for avoiding short single lines at the top of the page functional in ConTeXt? Or is there another setup to be done? I find a situation where \widowpenalty=10000 doesn't make a difference. But it is not easily decided if the TeX-engine could have done nothing in this special case or if the parameter is not functional. Hans van der Meer
