What about using these two commands: luatools --selfupdate mtxrun --selfupdate The new version didn't work for me at first, but after the selfupdate of these two, the version works for me now. Maybe you can try it. Fengnan

OK, thanks. this solved the problem; my document compiled now. Will do more tests in the next days. I don't know if I was the only one experimenting with \installfontfeature, but would it be much of a hassle for you to just \let this command \relax in font-ini.mkiv so my collection of laboriously collected and hand-crafted typescripts won't break? (I know, I can do it in cont-sys.tex, but just in case there's somebody else out there in this cold cold world using this command). All best Thomas

Actually, in this case an example (including font) is a definate requirement. I know the trunk is somewhat unstable, but it should not be *that* unstable. Need the font(s) and input for proper testing, though. Best wishes, Taco
