Go here:
Log in (link at the bottom), and change the "Set Digest Mode" back to off. Best wishes, Taco

It appears to be some multiplatform bug, not only on windows, but happens on new ConTeXt installations only. That's probably up to Hans to fix, but LuaTeX is not supposed to crash either. Mojca PS: see Taco's mail - preferences can be set on http://www.ntg.nl/mailman/listinfo/ntg-context
