Hi, In streams width=whatever only sets the width of the bounding box, the text still goes until \textwidth. Is this a bug or a feature? A work around is to use setups:stream:settings, but it is a bit clumsy. See the differece between the two streams below. \usemodule[streams] \definestreamlayer[flash][width=3in] \definestreamlayer[model][width=3in] \startsetups streamlayer:flash:settings \hsize=3in \stopsetups \starttext \startstreamlayer[flash] \input tufte \stopstreamlayer \startstreamlayer[model] \input tufte \stopstreamlayer \framed[sturt=no]{\placestreamlayer[flash]} \framed[sturt=no]{\placestreamlayer[model]} \stoptext Aditya
