you added an extra option group here:

\definefallbackfamily [alegreya] [math] [Alegreya] [superscriptsandsubscripts] [force=yes]

I think this may read:

\definefallbackfamily [alegreya] [math] [Alegreya] [range=superscriptsandsubscripts, force=yes]
