Hi Hans, this is related to a previous message (https://mailman.ntg.nl/pipermail/ntg-context/2019/096253.html). I don’t know how hard could to implement them, but it would be useful to be able to setup xtables and lists based on the total number of columns, rows and items. Some cases would be: - Set a different width in list if their total number of items is more than 9 and another one if items are more than 19. - List iwith alphabetic numbering when it contains fewer items than 5 and with digits in other case. - Stretch xtable to width, if it contains more than 4 columns. - Stretch xtable to height, if it contains more than 10 rows. Sure, there may be plenty of other cases in which being able to setup xtables and list based on the total number of their elements would be handy. I wonder whether it would be possible to have commands that provide the number of these elements to be used to set them up. Many thanks for your help, Pablo -- http://www.ousia.tk
