Hi, I have installed the minimals for Linux. If I am using texexec now I am getting the following error: /usr/bin/mktexfmt: 926: /home/florian/context/tex/texmf/texconfig/tcfmgr: not found fmtutil: config file `fmtutil.cnf' not found. I can't find the format file `cont-en.fmt'! I am a little bit confused, becaus the minimals worked just fine for me :-(. How can I fixed it? Greetings Florian

I have no clue as I never use(d) mktexfmt. What does texexec --make do? ----------------------------------------------------------------- Hans Hagen | PRAGMA ADE Ridderstraat 27 | 8061 GH Hasselt | The Netherlands tel: 038 477 53 69 | voip: 087 875 68 74 | www.pragma-ade.com | www.pragma-pod.nl -----------------------------------------------------------------

This usually happens when one has TeX Live installed and ConTeXt minimals without formats - in such cases TL tries to build formats automatically. Hans' recipe should help though (run "texexec --make en" or "texexec --make --all"). Mocja
