Non-breakable space in export to XML

Hi, When exporting to xml (with \setupbackend[export=yes]), the non-breakable space (~) gets exported to regular space 0x32. Shouldn't it rather be exported to 0x00A0? Aditya

Hard to check in an editor, these special spaces. Anyhow, attached is a proof of concept ... I need to rewrite a bit of spacing code so it also needs some testing and guess who has to do that then.
