tabulate: header not repeated
Hello, 'tabulate' header is not repeated across pages, the header appears only at the begin of the 'tabulate'. ... OK, it seems repeated headers with 'tabulate' are not used frequently by Ctx users.
Probably 'b/e-TABLE' would do the job;
so are repeated headers with 'tabulate' buggy and/or deprecated?
