Thanks!!! The fantastic thing about is that text created with this new macro is editable inside Acrobat! (While other options, e.g. font specs do not lead to this)
The latest beta has a few more fonts defined in type-otf.mkiv. YOu can do things like
\setupbodyfont[mscore,ss,10pt]
