Hi guys, I have updated to the mtx-context to the current version: 2021.02.02 15:49 and startcolumns is throwing errors about not defined (>> \startcolumns[n=2]) I have found m-old-multicolumns.mkiv in the ConTeXt directory. Not sure if it is deprecated, but if yes, my motivation to use it was because some default length registers have different values so there is a bigger space before and after column.
