Hello everybody, I wonder if someone has used the Mathematica math fonts in ConTeXt? If not, then maybe someone could give me a hint how to write the files needed to enable the usage of them (I have looked in math-tex.tex, math-lbr.tex and so on, but I don't understand how adding support for a new font is done with math fonts) I would really like to use them since they seem to go fine with times and since I am writing Mathematica stuff... Another problem may be that the fonts are available in .pfa format. I did convert them to .pfb's with pfa2pfb and the .pfb files got half the size of the .pfa files (maybe that is how it is supposed to be?) Any help is appreciated, Regards, Micke P

Sorry, I can't help you with math font installation. But the different size is ok: Have a look into the files: PFA is "Postscript Font ASCII", while PFB is "Postscript Font Binary", now guess why a compressed binary is smaller than an ASCII... ;-) But pdfTeX or dvips can handle PFAs also (AFAIK). Thank you for your answer Hraban! I have tested and nearly got all fonts to work. Nice with a lot of extra fonts. The .pfa files are working very well. i still got a question though. I can't get the DoubleStrucked letters to work. For example the letter A: I want to have something similar to: \definemathsymbol[DoubleStruckCapitalA][xyz][mr]['301] But when doing $\DoubleStruckCapitalA$ I don't get the doublestrucked A :( The arguments I don't really understand are the [xyz] (which isn't xyz but ord or op or so, but it doesn't seem to work whatever I chose) and [mr]. I think the [mr] one is right, since the doublestruck letters are from the wtmrm.tfm and I have mr=MathOperator and a synonym of MathOperator pointing to wtmrm. The funny thing is that I can get the character to work, by typing \definedfont[wtmrm]{\char '301}. It also appears on place 301 ("C1) when I do \ShowFont[MathOperator][wtmrm][texnansi] I probably have one more question about bold math fonts, but thats a later problem. Anyone know howto solve this? Best Regards, Micke P
