the warnings seem to be related to an old semi-fixed Adobe bug of incorrect mapping from glyph names to unicode "INCREMENT", "OHM SIGN" and "MICRO SIGN" instead of greek characters. It still lurks in many mapping tables. The bug also bits ConTeXt directly - already reported here but not considered fix-worthy.
