adding forms to an existing PDF document
Dear list, I have received a PDF document, in which I have to add fill-in fields. The wiki provides good information on how to do the widget part (of course, most comes from “Widgets uncovered” by Hans ;-)). After searching in the wiki, I realize that my question may be stupid. But I have to ask it: is there any other way to get absolute positions for those field avoiding layers? Many thanks for your help, Pablo -- http://www.ousia.tk

Hi Pablo, if you need absolute positions in ConTeXt, you use layers. They’re not evil, just sometimes a bit tricky. Maybe it would be possible to go via MetaPost, but I can’t imagine that would be easier. Greetlings, Hraban --- http://www.fiee.net http://wiki.contextgarden.net GPG Key ID 1C9B22FD

Hi Hraban, they aren’t evil. Only my mind isn’t ready for them ;-). But this was the reason why I supposed that my question might be nonsense.

These are for mind superior than mine :-(). Many thanks for your help, Pablo -- http://www.ousia.tk
