If I want the book title to appear on even pages and the chapter name on odd pages I hve to set up the pertinent command backwards as follows: \setupheadertexts[text] [chapter][pagenumber][pagenumber][Book Title] This is the wrong sequence per the manual on page 79. Has this been fixed or will this be fixed? -- John Culleton Resources for every author and publisher: http://wexfordpress.com/tex/shortlist.pdf http://wexfordpress.com/tex/packagers.pdf http://www.creativemindspress.com/newbiefaq.htm http://www.gropenassoc.com/TopLevelPages/reference%20desk.htm

Could be an error in the manual, iirc it has been like it is now for ages. Best wishes, Taco

indeed nothing has changed; this (possible) confusion comes from the fact that we need to handle single sided, double sided and mixed in the same command ----------------------------------------------------------------- Hans Hagen | PRAGMA ADE Ridderstraat 27 | 8061 GH Hasselt | The Netherlands tel: 038 477 53 69 | fax: 038 477 53 74 | www.pragma-ade.com | www.pragma-pod.nl -----------------------------------------------------------------
