For chinese experts:
Hello, I'm a new Chinese user (would-be at least) of ConTeXt. In your site, you have a PDF about Chinese support in ConTeXt. The information within that PDF utilizes some of the seemingly outdated tools. I'm not very experienced with teTeX (on my Debian system) administration, so I got nearly completed lost. Can you help me setup Chinese for ConTeXt? I'd like to summarize my experience into a Chinese document if I can get it up and run. I will contribute the document back to the community to pay back help I would get from you. Anyway, here's my questions:
1. Can I use tools from the freetype1-tools package of Debian to generate all the Chinese fonts stuff from my truetype fonts from my Windows system?
The current document about Chinese in ConTeXt in your site concentrate on (seemingly outdated) Turbolinux information.
2. How can I install the fonts stuff generated to local texmf without being a teTeX administrator? In your current document, there is no information about this. As reading various TeX command logs, I suppose it should have something to do with running mktexlsr etc.?
Thank you very much for your time and the many charming PDFs out there which makes ConTeXt really desirable!
ZHAO Wei
