Hi, even though I didn't manage to reproduce the problem in a minimal example, I would like to report the following problem: Using any other value than "force" with placefigure, like this ... \placefigure[force,no,fit,00]{...}{{\externalfigure[fig_1][frame=off,width=\dimexpr(\textwidth-00pt)]}} ... adds an extra vertical space (1.5 lines) above all section headings that come after this placefigure! (recent beta, MkIV, no grid mode) Does someone can confirm this? Sorry for the missing example, Steffen
