This is pretty simple using simpleslides. You would need to figure out the metapost code to draw those curves¹, and then use them as backgrounds. Read the details in the other email that I sent. Aditya ¹ This presentation is made using beamer. If you can find the beamer style file, then it should be straight forward to translate the tikz/pgf code to metapost code to draw the background.
