PDF table of contents
Hullo, I wonder how to generate a PDF with the built-in table of contents. I'm thinking in the same line as what 'hyperref' package did in LaTeX. Actually, I was looking for: http://wiki.contextgarden.net/PDF_Bookmarks_and_Headers ...to which Mojca kindly directed me. I really should read more of the Wiki. I'm just doing my first real ConTeXt document and am referring to the "ConTeXt — an Excursion" and completely forgot about the Wiki. Thanks all the same and I excuse myself in advance for (mis)using this list in the next few days. I'll try hard to RTFM and RTFW as often as possible.
