Dear list, I was about to ask how to attach a file from links and I just discovered that it works perfectly fine. \attachment[http://pragma-ade.com/general/manuals/xtables-mkiv.pdf] I just wanted to thank Hans and all developers for the awesome work with ConTeXt and LuaTeX. They are outstanding pieces of code. Sorry for not expressing this clearer and more often.
