Hi all, I am encountering two problems with xml processing; minimal example below. My questions/observations: 1. How can I prevent every index term to be sorted under "x" (for \xmlflush)? 2. What is the readon that the \cite command displays this bizarre behavior and the list of references is empty when I use authornum as refcommand? Thanks and all best! Thomas \setupbibtex[database=sample] \setuppublications [refcommand=authornum] \starttext \startbuffer[demo] <document> <p>Madame Bovary is a novel by Gustave <indexterm>Flaubert, Gustave</indexterm>Flaubert.
