It seems to work ok, but I don't see the -- in the chapter title, as if the command= was ignored by ConTeXt. I attach the output of texexec --pdf q.tex /S

Oh, I should have seen this before. This looks very much like a bug to me. BTW: the indentnext=.. has no effect here. Shouldn't it indent the text after the head? PAT
