The problem was a failure of rsync server on pragma. I was fetching from rsync -a rsync://ctx.pragma-ade.nl/beta/ and that one seems to be down at the moment.

I changed to http mode now.

Ah, sorry ... we have been cleaning up the routers and as I couldn't remember why rsync was enabled I disabled the rule. It should work again.
