a naive question. Went to the link  http://www.pragma-ade.nl/show-man-10.htm   and took a look at the new setup manual (in pdf format).  
I could not understand the meaning of this remark " The manual can be generated on the user's system, since the style and the database that is needed is part of the distribution".  How can I generate the manual on my minimals installation?  Thank you very, much,
