Hello,
as the title suggested, I get an error when using spaces in the argument 
of \startproduct. For example typesetting
\startproduct{foo bar}
You can have a filename with a space use

     \startproduct [foo bar]

but you don't even need the filename when you replace it with *, e.g.

     \startproduct *

or

     \startproduct [*]
