I think in this case you might be better off placing the figures in a table. I was thinking about posting a question about the nesting of combinations, say to arrange a row of two figures next to a stack of three figures, for example. This currently does not appear to work... I searched the mailing archive but found nothing about my problem.
I have 3 figures to put into combination 2*2. The way it is handle it that the third figure is place below the first one, which is quite logical. I'd rather have it centered in the second row. Is there any mean to do this ? I didn't find a clue anywhere.
