I would suggest \setupheadtext [\s!es] [\v!afkortingen=Abreviaturas] instead of \setupheadtext [\s!es] [\v!afkortingen=Abreviaci\'ones] Anyway, if you choose the second option, it should be \setupheadtext [\s!es] [\v!afkortingen=Abreviaciones] This is my first message to the list.
