Furthermore, I wanted to update the minimals in the usual way with first-setup in a new tree. No chance, it stops after downloading the first bits:

A temporary solution might be to fetch an older luatex from http://minimals.contextgarden.net/current/bin/osx-intel/luatex/, make it executable, place it to "bin", rename it into texlua and comment out the line in first-setup.sh that fetches a newer texlua.

But we need to sort this out ASAP. (Temporary I can also revert back to an older version - later today.)
