ConTeXt's flowchart module is restricted to flowcharts and similar diagrams, where all cells have the same size and are placed in a grid. For everything else try GraphViz (http://www.graphviz.org/), dia (http://live.gnome.org/Dia ), MetaPost (http://wiki.contextgarden.net/MetaFun), TikZ (http://wiki.contextgarden.net/TikZ ) or other tools.
