[NTG-context] depth of framed

I cannot get rid of some depth in framed. Used various combinations of the depth and backgrounddepth setting, nothing helps. What am I doing wrong? Or is something in \framed not working in the way I expected? See the accompanying MWE. yours sincerely dr. Hans van der Meer
