[NTG-context] footnotes in footnotes broken

Hi all, it seems that the footnotes in footnotes feature in mkiv is broken. The short example from contextgarden doesn't work with the last beta: ------ \starttext This\footnote{Or that\footnote{Or possibly even the other.}, if you prefer.} is a sentence with a footnote. \stoptext ------ Best regards, Martin
