Hi,
If you are using experimental, you should use trunk version of LuaTeX,
not the one distributed in Minimals.

After updating I did(according to the wiki at http://wiki.contextgarden.net/ConTeXt_Minimals )
After Installing section
ctxtools --update & > luatools --ini --compile --verbose cont-uk cont-en
Above commands failed with following error(the last lines in output):
